REL-02 validation — 2026-09-22

The stale runtime assertion omitted the provider installation identity now passed by the implementation. The fixture now includes the explicit null. The CI runner creates separate disposable PostgreSQL databases for every opt-in integration fixture and rejects skipped tests after pytest success. No production database is used.

Other checks: generated MCP contract current; documentation contract covers 18 tools; runtime validation passed; website consent tests 12 passed; strict MkDocs build passed. The repository CI repeats the complete database gate. GitHub-hosted exact-commit status remains a separate release gate.
