workflow_get compact description guard result

Task 98f06ad6-6b4e-4283-9d97-b405ffa593b1 (version 10) checks that the registered workflow_get description continues to match _workflow_view. At base commit 3c5b5279f0cf989e733d5d20392842fd4623b393, the tool description, exported MCP contract, and MCP reference already named the three replaced text fields and stated that criteria and profile metadata remain available. The missing protection was a test tying that public description to the compact projection.

tests/test_workflow_view.py now checks the registered tool description for all three omitted paths, the omitted, chars, and sha256 marker terms, and the preserved criteria and profile metadata. _workflow_view behavior and the generated references are unchanged.

Negative control: temporarily substituted the legacy description Profiles and criteria are detail-only. and ran the registered-tool test. It failed in both verifier-present and verifier-absent cases at the missing contract.profile.instructions description assertion (2 failed). The source description was restored before running the passing checks.

Checks:

  • PYTHONPATH=src python -m pytest -q -p no:cacheprovider tests/test_workflow_view.py — 9 passed.
  • python scripts/export_mcp_contract.py --check — MCP contract is up to date.
  • python scripts/check_docs_contract.py — documentation contract passed; 30 MCP tools covered.
  • PYTHONPATH=src python -m pytest -q -p no:cacheprovider — 549 passed, 283 skipped in 87.39s.
  • PYTHONPATH=src python scripts/test_postgres.py — 618 passed, 214 skipped in 121.43s; postgres_acceptance=failed: 214 skipped tests. All 214 reported skips state listening sockets are not permitted here (agent sandbox); runs in CI, from require_listening; 618 database-suite passes exceed the plain suite's 549.
