Repository: h8v6/heyaira; branch: heyaira/554f0d9e.
Working directory for every command below:

Source and starting HEAD: afc79265022fcd175d4d2503c014e0e33be222f0.

The MCP identity matched the supplied resource, instance and project;
task_get(task_id, version=3) confirmed K1/K2/K3 and the overriding handoff.
Subagents used: none.
Frozen methods¶

Change and confidence¶
The owner-chat path skipped the existing answer eligibility guard. Both modes
now call decision_answers.check_action after loading/creating the target and
before inserting the attestation. option.authorizes selects confirm or
refuse; refusal does not reject conflicts. The existing transaction rolls back
a new proposal when the guard rejects it. Existing boundary and replay order
remain in place.
The binding-rejection path previously needed another pool connection while
holding its original connection. The WriteBindingError handler now surrounds
the transaction/connection context, so rollback and release finish before
_reject_write writes its separately committed audit. Role, scope and principal
checks still precede write-context validation.
Tests use synthetic data over authenticated MCP with the existing ASGI
transport and real disposable PostgreSQL databases. T4 substitutes a real pool
of exactly two connections and synchronizes two calls immediately before
_reject_write. A five-second timeout verifies completion; a separate pool
reads both committed audit rows and checks operation, error, outcome and target.
Both connections must be idle afterwards and acquisition must finish within
0.5 seconds. The timeout path asserts both calls reached the barrier.
Actual base checks (before implementation)¶
At afc79265, with only the new regression file added:
python scripts/test_postgres.py tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t1_mode_one_conflict_rolls_back_proposal tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t4_invalid_context_audits_after_releasing_pool -p no:cacheprovider
exit 1
FAILED tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t1_mode_one_conflict_rolls_back_proposal
FAILED tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t4_invalid_context_audits_after_releasing_pool
2 failed in 8.57s
T1 failed at the assertion requiring an MCP error: result.is_error was False.
The base accepted the second conflicting rule. T4 failed at
await asyncio.wait_for(asyncio.gather(*calls), timeout=5) with TimeoutError.
After adding the timeout-path barrier-arrival assertion, still at the base:
python scripts/test_postgres.py tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t1_mode_one_conflict_rolls_back_proposal tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t4_invalid_context_audits_after_releasing_pool -p no:cacheprovider --tb=short
exit 1
FAILED tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t1_mode_one_conflict_rolls_back_proposal
FAILED tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py::test_t4_invalid_context_audits_after_releasing_pool
2 failed in 7.62s
T4 again raised TimeoutError, and its assertion that two distinct request IDs
reached the rejection barrier passed. This demonstrates pool exhaustion rather
than a barrier waiting for a missing second call.
An attempted edit using a shell here-document was denied:
zsh:1: can't create temp file for here document: operation not permitted.
No source edit occurred. The following command therefore ran on the base:
python scripts/test_postgres.py tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py -p no:cacheprovider
exit 1
4 failed, 1 passed in 8.78s
T1/T2/T3/T4 failed; T5 passed. The edit was subsequently applied using
python -c in the authorized worktree, without installing or bypassing permissions.
Implementation working-tree checks¶
python scripts/test_postgres.py tests/test_owner_chat_regressions.py -p no:cacheprovider
exit 0
5 passed in 3.18s
postgres_acceptance=passed: selected tests, zero skipped tests
git diff --check
exit 0, no output
The Apple /usr/bin/git launcher emitted denied xcrun-cache writes and Xcode
event-stream warnings. Later Git commands invoke the already installed
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/git directly. This is a tool
selection, not a permission expansion. The optional global Git ignore file
was unreadable; the initial worktree status was still clean.
Committed HEAD checks¶
Implementation commit: 2c63120a0ab3079812fe8d6c46cdf0f65d5bac4c.
Parent: afc79265022fcd175d4d2503c014e0e33be222f0.
git status --short after committing returned no changed paths.
Git's optional maintenance emitted
Unable to create '.../.git/packed-refs.lock': Operation not permitted;
the commit itself succeeded and its SHA/parent were read back. No history was
rewritten. The evidence commit 855fe538c5bbeeaedf9fb34cf0577f8e6918cbb7
also succeeded, with parent 2c63120, despite the same maintenance warning
when using git -c gc.auto=0 commit. This restriction did not prevent commits.
All commands in this section ran at implementation HEAD 2c63120:

The suite selection matches the PR #234 acceptance suite recorded in
docs/reports/39b11a5a-owner-chat-evidence.md, plus all five review regressions.
The glob includes test_decisions.py, test_decisions_e2e.py,
test_decisions_holds.py and test_decisions_webauthn.py.

feedback: git diff --name-only afc79265..HEAD exited 0 and listed only the three authorized paths above; git merge-base --is-ancestor afc79265 HEAD exited 0. Source is the implementation commit's direct parent. The follow-up commits only complete this evidence file.
Confidence: high, based on reproduced base failures, shared guard reuse and real MCP/PostgreSQL checks. No required check was skipped or left unrun. There are no unresolved blockers. Unrun: the unrelated complete repository suite and independent Bridge verification. No push, PR, merge, installation, deploy or production mutation was performed. Only this evidence document changes after the tested implementation commit; final SHA, parent, clean status and repeated scope/ancestry checks are recorded in RESULT/receipt.
