R01–R05 remediation plan delivery evidence

Date: 2026-10-10. Task: 89803f50-5eb3-4fd1-a7eb-559daa7c9265, frozen version 2. Execution: 59650968-9374-424d-9da2-ccf299e928c5. Repository: h8v6/heyaira; branch: heyaira/89803f50. Base commit: ceab5b19a5985281f09e2c2e319f8fcca4b2a868. The containing commit identifies this evidence; the RESULT receipt records the full result commit without a self-referential commit hash in this file.

Method

The initial tree was clean and HEAD equalled the assigned source commit. server_identity matched the assigned resource/instance/project and execution; task_get read exact version 2 before edits. Work contract v4 and role standard v2 were read from project memory. The frozen Bridge contract permits RESULT submission only: no interactive claim/status changes or task creation. Five separate task briefs are ready for coordinator registration; no child tasks were created. This remains a delivery limitation outside the three named document criteria and is included in the RESULT handoff.

Source inspection compared all five P2 findings with compose.yaml, startup migration calls, DB/queue/Beat/backup code, SQL trigger and sequence behavior, deployment guards, R2 retention/restore runbooks, Mac/helper scripts, external watchdog and both GitHub workflow files. The plan distinguishes existing files from proposed additions, source facts from live facts, and future implementation checks from checks actually run on this documentation change.

The optional codex-security:propose-security-hardening skill file could not be read because the sandbox denied its plugin-cache path. No skill procedure is claimed as completed. Work followed the task, repository instructions and source evidence. System Git/Python launchers attempted unavailable Xcode cache writes; checks instead use direct installed Git and Python binaries. No credential files, host environment files, provider dashboards or production settings were read or changed.

Actual validation

Checks used Python 3.12 with bytecode writes disabled. Disposable MkDocs output stayed in this worktree's permitted Git scratch directory, outside the index.

Check Actual result
python scripts/check_docs_contract.py Exit 0: documentation contract passed: 46 MCP tools covered
python scripts/check_product_name.py Exit 0: Product name check passed: use HeyAira in tracked text files
python -m mkdocs build --strict --site-dir <permitted scratch>/site Exit 0: Documentation built in 2.48 seconds
Finding/brief structure and path/link checks findings=5; required_fields=pass; task_briefs=5; 37 explicit source paths: 32 existing, 5 explicitly proposed additions, zero missing; 16 local Markdown links, zero broken
Base-to-index scope and added-line credential scan changed_files=4; outside_scope=0; diff_credential_candidates=0
git diff --cached --check Exit 0; no whitespace errors

The structural check extracts each R01–R05 section and requires exact-change, execution/closure, blast-radius, rollback and agreement fields. A separate manual comparison with the five source findings checked the actual content, including enabled-file consumers, all startup migration entry points, the shared queue/sequence exception, lock expiry with unchanged data, report-only SSH authority and retirement of alternate persistent-runner routes. Paths labelled new are checked against an explicit five-file proposal list; existing source paths must be real files. Local Markdown targets resolve from each document's directory; MkDocs also checks rendered links and anchors.

The diff scanner reads git diff --cached --unified=0 against the base above and inspects added lines only, suppressing candidate values. Patterns cover private-key headers, common provider token prefixes, age private identities, credential-bearing URLs, bearer strings, JWTs, quoted secret assignments and long mixed-case/digit blobs. Manual diff review found no value or partial value; task IDs, commit hashes and configuration names are not credentials. The scope check requires exactly four changed paths and the docs/security/ prefix. These bounded checks do not certify Git history or live secret stores.

The strict build includes the new pages. Informational output lists pages not in navigation and an existing excluded specification link in BRIDGE_PROTOCOL.md; it reports no new broken links or anchors. No production or PostgreSQL behavior is tested by this documentation-only delivery. Runtime, provider, SSH and CI isolation checks in the plan are future acceptance work.

Criterion mapping

  • plan: remediation plan covers R01–R05 with exact change, execution/closure checks, blast radius, rollback and required agreement. It accounts for CLI output, migrations/triggers/sequence repair, unlocked old backup copies, restore report compatibility and persistent-runner admission.
  • no-values: additions contain setting names, source paths, role names and non-secret task/commit references only. Pattern scanning plus manual review applies to the complete delivery diff, not Git history or live installations.
  • scope: only four files under docs/security/ are added/updated: the plan, five task briefs, this evidence and the directory README. Implementation paths named inside the plan are instructions for future tasks, not edits.

Independent verification is performed by Bridge against the candidate commit; this file reports worker validation, not verifier acceptance. No push, PR, merge, deployment, rotation, grant or policy change was performed.
